Developed in association with a large mental health Trust and specialist ADHD / ASD services, this service provides a multi-agency platform to support professionals with more effective diagnosis, referral and management of these patients. The system allows customisation using existing local pathways and protocols for both children and adults with these conditions and includes sections on awareness and understanding of ADHD / ASD, effective management of the conditions and efficient referral (including pre-assessment screening and rating scale tools which can be submitted via the platform). The platform can connect key stakeholders including schools, GPs, police, prisons and social services depending on the age of patient. The platform can be customised to reflect local protocols and shared care arrangements and includes a local resource library which can be populated with all relevant weblinks and downloadable documents including patient information and local referral guidelines.
